swap almost complete

ok guys started my ca swap today and got mostly finished wiring is done injectors are in new turbo is on but im missing 1 peice and for the oil return adapter on the turbo to the block and out of everyone i know locally NOone had 1 laying around so im waiting for that and turbo extension and downpipe and then she'll be done !! im stoked! ill get pics ASAP!

Hey since you're putting on the same turbo I'm going to, will the stock CA lines all bolt up to the S14 turbo?

um im not really sure my motor didnt come with a turbo or lines i had braided ones made and i used a t25 oil return adapter and had to drill the holes bigger, the car is running good now im running rich as hell with the 440's and trying to tune with the afc is not all that fun!

if you want a chip for those 440s ,let me know , it will be a stock map just adjusted to suit them.

hey Jon, speaking of Chips, I should get my financial aid next week so i should have the dough to get the turbo put on, boost and afm gauges, and get a z32 mafs. Then we can get that chip all set up.

Yes, it can be (and I think it already is) tuned for the Z32 MAFS

under a 100bucks i have the program already done all you have to do is take your ECU to a electrionic repair place and have the thing socketed

I hate to hi-jack this thread, but I have a friend with 3 different chips for the CA. He got them in a bundle when he purchased the burner program from another guy. Is there any way to tell what the hell these things do? The only info given on them is they increase the rev-limiter and who they're made by. Beyond that I have no idea what they change or are tuned for.

well you guys can come over and help me tune this thing, beacuase it riunning like crap now, like when i give it thrttle it like studders and hesitates really bad, but when im down shifting it sounds really good! so i dunno what the prob is boost leak? to much fuel? i have 440's and i have them tuned down 30% any ideas or help would be appriated

diamondstar he should be able to inset the chipinto the programer and extract a bin file, then load that file into the ecu tuning program and read the maps.

Jon, I should get the rest of my money this week, so I'm gonna get my Z32 MAFS and all the gaskets and such to swap turbo's. Lemme know what I need to do to help you tune that chip.
