Is there any problem that i swap a 98 KA24DE motor to a 95 240??? just the motor itself, because i blew my engine few days ago..

u will need to change the intake manifold because of the 98 KA's obd2 bull****.

other than that, it will be a direct swap.

I have something similar to this setup tomato has, i have a 96 zenki and blew that KA and just put a 95 obd1 KA in. Without the EVAP canister in use, I noticed it runs rich as hell without the swapp of the OBD2 manifold for the OBD1 manifold. Why can you not jus run an OBD1 in the OBD2 setup? If you do what could you do besides replacing the manifolds?
