Swap 2.5 engine with 3.5 engine?

Does anyone know if it is possible to swap the 2.5s engine with the 3.5s engine in the 2004 Altima? And how difficult would it be?

What would a decent used or a crate VQ35 cost? Would it be more cost effective to sell the 2.5 car and buy a 3.5 car? Are there any upgrades to the 2.5 that would get more power? (Assuming you are looking for more power).

I come from a chevy background where engines are plentiful and cheap but so are power adders such as new heads, intake/exhaust, etc...to make upgrades fairly effective on the cheap. Just curious what options are for this type of thing.
