swap 1991 2.4L SOHC for a 1995 240sx 2.4L DOHC in my 91 Hardbody?

I've got a cracked block in my 1991 Nissan Hardbody 2.4L SOHC that has 210,000km on it. I can get a 1995 KA24DE DOHC in great shape with low km's from a 240sx to swap. It comes with CPU but no wiring harness. Will that be a problem? Will the oil pan create clearance issues?Will I have issues with the exhaust manifold?Will the motor mounts match up?

Any other concerns I should know about?Any tips, pointers, suggestions? Everything is welcome & greatly appreciated.

I'm also interested in basically the same info, but with mine both engines are 93 models and I have access to the CPU and the wiring harness, or will the head off the single cam motor fit on the DOHC motor to make it like the truck motor. I also don't have the oil pan for the DOHC motor, will the one for the truck fit the DOHC block and work. I really need some help here, thanks in advance.

you posted ALL over the place, lol! Anyway, refer to my other threads now that I read this one. The oil pan issue though isn't that big of one because people just massage it where it doesnt clear the steering arm in front. I HATE this idea because the oil pickup tube sucks oil right where you have to dent it. Lots of people have done this though and had no problems, i prefer a much more labor intensive route that involves cutting and welding. Then again I am just kinda stubborn. lol. peace.

PS go get an oil pan from a 240sx, its the ONLY one that will work.

I posted all over the place because I'm trying to get some answers, as I need to tell this guy whether I need this motor or not. I need to know if the truck pan will fit the 240 sx motor to be put in the truck and what kind of wiring issues will I be facing.Thanks
