SV/SR radio swap into S model

I have a 23 Versa S and I was wondering if it's possible to swap the radio from the higher trim with Android auto into my S. Anyone have any insight on this before I spend money on a used OEM stereo? If someone has a unit to donate near me (Rockford, IL) so I can try it out for free, that would be cool, too. If you're not local to me, but would be willing to ship, that would also work. I bought one of those add on Android auto units, but I'd be much happier with an OEM setup so I don't have multiple cables cluttering up my dash. I've also seen some aftermarket options, but those look out of place IMO. Thanks all
