Suzuka Circuit Plate in engine bay?

Suzuka is a track in Ino, Japan, which currently hosts the Japanese Grand Prix (F1) among other events. It was originally built by old man Honda as the company's test track and I believe HMC still owns it. If your ride is JDM then maybe a previous owner ran it there?
