A team swapping tires and prepping for the special stage

2 BRZs were brought out by a dealer for the crowd to check out. I sat in one. I like the interiors and feel of the car. 6 "3 me would render the back seat useless for anyone but a baby or bilateral amputee. But who really cares. Nobody buys these for the cargo/ occupant capacity.

RHD Aussie driven Silvia, autually 2 exact clones were there.

4x4 status Silvia, clearly serves its purpose for rally but is hard to get used to to seeing this ride height.

280 z

This neon got driven hard.
Introductions before woods stages were give in Wellboro. Small town USA. Antique shops, art galleries, a Traincar diner, and gas lit lamps adorn the mainstreet.

Good view on the 7th stage

View of PA grand canyon at coltons point

Jesda maybe you can age this 70s? Saab

A little AWD celica action. Don't get too excited Torry, it was not originally an all-trac. From what I've heard they converted it. Ended up following it in the truck in between stages on the road. It geared down to overtake a tractor and lets just say it was lacking in the power dept.

Apparently only Hondas land in their roofs. This is a civic hatch doing its impersonation of an immobilized turtle. A Honda fit also rolled that night. The special stage was setup with 1 mile of track before you. At one time 2 cars raced on 2 separate tracks and used this 4 lane graded section to switch and race the next track. As the timing worked out most cars when they reached this straight the 2nd time were neck and neck adding to the excitement. The track change required a 180 to get to the next lane. This civic braked too hard sending it onto the shoulder.
Now of course not the whole weekend was spent watching racing. Several cases of beer were consumed and being in the best area in PA for trout fishing we did some of that as well

Some of the native brook and brown trout all fried up.
