Hey I am Rich and I new to this forum. I am glad I dropped the civic and picked up a Nissan.

I have a 95 240sx (not the SE model). The 95 suspention feels like ****! The front spring is broken! I didnt care when I purchased it because it was going to be replaced any way. So the car has a mind of its own when I drive 65+ mph. I hit an S-turn at 55 and the back end decided to point to the divider while the front wheels were pointed foward. (scarey)

I purchased the Tein SS Coilover kit and the Suspention Techniques sway bar kit (F+B) and the DC Carbon front strut. I plan on gettin the DC Carbon rear as well.

I plan on replaceing as much as I can. I tottaled my last car because "sway recoil" and four lane of highway later... Any way this what I want to replace so far.

Tie Rod --JIC Tie RodTraction Rod --JIC Rear Traction Rod or --Cusco Traction RobTension Rods --Cusco Tension Rods or --JIC Pillow Ball Tension Rod (Whats the diff.?)Cambers --JIC Rear Camber Adjustable Upper Arm and Lower Link or --Cusco Adjustable Rear Upper ArmControl Arms --JIC Rear Toe Control Arms or --Cusco Toe Control Arms Bushings --Energy Suspention Hyper-Flex Bushing Kit

I really dont have a buget I just want a ****ing handleing machine.I read the "Attention! Be Warned" sticky and I was a little worried I didnt meet the strick criteria.

My future goal is a 10 second drag 2JZ 240sx. And as long as I dont crash it or it doesnt get stolen it will get done. It will be a daily driven car until the motor swap in about 1.5 years. Then it will be weekend warrior

So basicly heres what I am looking for...1)Your opinoins about my set up2)Your comments3)Your advice 4)Do you think I need alll this?5)Any thing I missed/need? Also if you know of any particular brands that make certain parts better then others?

Bushings--Energy Suspention Hyper-Flex Bushing Kit

If you waste alll that money on those RUca's toe, and camber arms/linkages, you wont need bushings.. all the bushings you would get in that kit, will no longer go on your car, because your car wont have bushings in the suspension, it will all be teflon joints.

Honestly, if you got bushings, and RUCA's, you would have enough to drop yoru ride, and keep it aligned.. and would save a couple THOUSAND dollars

Yea that is tru. But I dont trust my suspention at all right now and I dont think any thing is good enough to use. Thats Y I kinda want to replace as much as possible. And with all those parts it costs about $1,950 (w/o installation)

Any one else have anything?

if you want a 10 second drag car, why waste money on all these parts for handleing? drag strips dont have curves. and a good handling car is usually not as quick of a drag car. I think you need to find out what you want your car to be first, then plan parts around that. you can have a compromise between the 2.

Yea 10sec drag car is about 3years down the road. But for now it needs to drive with the rest of the world. I wasnt aware that a car that can handle is worst on the strip (but it makes sence).

So what set up would you use then?

if you seriously plan on dragging tha car later, get HKS drag coilovers they will still handle the street well, but be more inline for drag racing with their softer rear springs. You can still get all the suspension arms you want as it might be cheaper to buy them all than have someone press new bushings into your old arms. plus aftermarket arms (by good manufacturers that is) will be stronger and flex less.

its not that a bad handling car is good for the strip, its just you want a soft suspension for the strip wich is bad for road racing. where stiff suspension for road racing will decrease your strait line traction at the strip.
