Now that summer is here I am considering the next phase of suspension improvement to my Q45 Active and I would like some opinions on priorities. Last year I swapped out the 4 strut accumulators and changed the active fluid. Although a big improvement was observed the suspension over rough roads sounds very noisy. For example over a bad expansion joint it gives a loud thump, although the comfort is largely retained. Over a long stretch of rough road it rattles and sounds but doesn't feel as if it is bottoming. My expectation maybe wrong is that a well maintained Q45 or Q45a should glide over most bumps with minimum noise and distrubance

My question is should I start replacing bushes, tension rods, upper links, anti roll bar bushings or should I first complete the the remaining 5 active accumulators.

All of the above. If it's degraded, it is contributing to the problem.
