Hey everyone,

I have been working on this for two days. I have tein Super drift coilovers, My fronts are fine and go up and down great, but my rear wont go down anymore. I have 18" tires and still have a 1.5 in gap.

But that is as low as it will go, I have tried loosening my pre-load, i took off the bottom bolts and turn the bottom peice up, but it wont go up anymore...

Does anyone know what is going on.

The only difference is that ^ is a image from tein, and mine has the thinner spring on top of the thicker one, I looked in the directions and it's supposed to be on top. Does anyone know what to do? I mean? shouldn't my car be dragging on the ground?? my frame sits over 6 inches off the ground.

Any help is greatly apreciated... I have no idea what is going on, I've called everyone and no one can figure it out...

ThanksJustin

adjust the nut inbetween e and c up. then twist c up.

then you can also lower the nuts between b and e down. that should put you down real nice

Then what am I supposed to do to lower my car???

I don't want to be on 18's with a 1.5 inch gap.. thats just... like a freakin monster truck. Anyways, I droped the spring about .5 inches and and it sits pretty sick! here are some pics I took tonight.

Yeah, After I was done I reset the dampening and adjusted everything all around, Cant even tell the difference. Soo I'm pretty happy , I just need to curl the lip on the fender... Tomorrow.

collars between b and e should be tight enough to hold the spring firmly, but not so tight that they compress the spring

then put the collar between c and e all the way up by the other 2 and twist the shock body so e doesnt exist, and the spring and c are only seperated by the 3 collars
