Suspension Upgrades

I was in a accident sunday night with my 1990 300zx NA. I figured i might as well upgrade while doing the repairs. But due to budget restriction i am forced to pick and choose my upgrades. I was wondering what would be a better suspension upgrade. adjustable tension rods or a upgraded sway bar. All advice will be well apreciated.

Thanks have you or anyone else upgraded your sway bars and if so was it worth it or should i just grab a stock sway bar from a junk yard and save the money for other mods

Go with the sway bars. I recommend the suspension techniques setup.

I bought the Stillen sway bars and they have probably been one of my favorite upgrades yet. They make a world of a difference.
