suspension tunning questions????

okay so i have installed my new coilovers the MR track series and i also got the rear toe adjusters as well.

my car is at the garage getting some engine work done at the moment but should have it back later this week.

and i was wondering when i get my car back to just take it to the alignment shop and wait to get rear camber, front end links, sway bars, tension rods to actually tune my suspension fully for drift or grip racing, or can i tune it and then just kinda slowly add everything else and tune it when i get it.

my friend has track side alignment set so thats why i am asking and by the time that i get everything it will be warm enough to do a test and tune.
