I am replacing the tie rods and tension rods and wondering if there are any specific torque specs for them. I found a guide somewhere for the tension rods, but it just said, "tighten this and that..." with no details. And if anyone knows of any other guides, that would probably save me a lot of time too. TIA!

well for the stock rods there are specs for the smaller bolts to attach it to the control arm and the 17mm(?) bolt that attaches it to the bracket in the front...For aftermarket you would technically have to get them from the manufacturer, but Im sure you could just use the oem specs and be just fine. If you don't have it already d/l the FSM from my signature, or from the sticky in the 240 section.

*edit* nm both appear to be 65-80 ft/lb

as long as you just use common sense its not gonna fall apart or strip.

or you could just whale on everything with an Impact for like 20 seconds per.
