Suspension Technique Sway Bars

I installed both sway bars. the front i think are fine

but the rears i think are not preloaded correctly, because thebushings in the rear sway bars are not compressed to the width of the washer.

i tryed to tighten up the rear to make the bushings compress but cannot tighten any more.

Do or should i add washer??

Also i installed the swaybars in the air is that the correct method and do i need an alignment after the installation?
