So I'm purchasing the Tein Z flex coilovers here very soon. I don't know much about suspension but I'm pretty damn sure I can't just buy coilovers and lower my Z a couple of inches without something breaking. What other parts would I need to lower mah baby girl. Thanks in advance

Daknak, as NolimitZ32 said, this topic has been covered many times, but I will give you help since I'm here anyway. In short, just to lower your car and get a slight boost in handling and all, you'll just need coilovers. Tein's are good but you coilovers with rubber/pillow balls. I'm not sure if the Flex Zs come with rubber/pillow balls. These balls will be beneficial because you won't have to use the ones that are stock which can potentially be worn out from driving the car since it's not new. To my knowledge, they also won't be quite as durable compared to rubber/pillow balls. They will be ok but you don't want to push them hard, if you do, again you'll want rubber/pillow balls. Do know this will automatically make the ride stiffer. Hope this helped!

You don't NEED coilovers unless you track the car and need the adjustability. If you want a little drop you need springs with a "little drop" if you go past 3/4" or so you should get adjustable arms because the factory camber adjustment will be insufficient, or you end up rolling HERRAFRUSH. That's the short of it.
