tokico blue or kyb agx and a set of tanabe springs should be ok. or just watch out on ebay for a preown set of coilovers (becareful w/ these as they may be blown soon after you get them)

dont waste your time or money on a shock/spring combo.

a cheap coilover (ksport, stance, etc) is nearly the same price and 1000x better.

p.s. rb and "tight budget" dont work.

bump on the budget thing, im using a set of tein basics with the solid pillowball mounts, and a set of st sway bars, handles great

I'm really surprised none of the Koni shock and spring guys haven't said anything yet lol.

Koni does not make 'Yellow' shocks for S13. They do for S14 though ..

I am rather torn up.. I can get a good used set of Megan 32-way coilovers for $250 from a friend, but everything that I have seen in regards to auto-x and road racing in the S13 chassis says that strut / spring is the way to go. Plus I don't like having to come to a complete stop to cross rail-road tracks. =P

Im running Stance on mine, but like mentioned up above, I would shop around for a decent used coilover set up.

what the hell are you talking about

every top time attack S chassis in the US runs a coilover system.
