Suspension suggestions for S14?

What seems to be the consensus in terms of the best all around set up for lowering the car via coil overs and a good suspension for track duty or spirited driving.

Something not rediculously harsh and jarring would be nice too.:)

I was thinking about Teins since thats all we really have in the Supra community. Everyone seems to say JIC for 240s tho.
