Hi guys. I purchased Tokico HP blues shocks off ebay less than a year ago for my 02 Maxima. After installing it, it performed a bit okay and all of a sudden everything went down hill. My area recently experienced some heavy snow and all of a sudden, they shocks were performing well and my suspension was excellent. What i have noticed is that when its raining and cold, my suspension is at its best but when its not raining and dry, my suspension sucks and even shakes heavily. Could it be that my shocks are DRY? What should I do to make it better?

I've never heard of anything of the sort and I've been in the auto repair gig for about 7 years now.
