Im in the process of rebuilding my 89 hatch.Coilovers are out of the question at this point in time. I have 17s and a set of 16s. I was thinking of going with a set of Tein S-Tech Springs for a drop.. KYB GR-2s with a Cusco or Tein Pillow Plates for some camber adjustment in the front and also a set of Tein Tie Rods. I am not sure if camber is going to be a problem in the rear or not.. But control arms will correct that if it is a problem right?Strut bars front and back as well.

Do you think this setup will be decent for a daily driver with moderate track use?

What are tension rods? Same as tie rod?

If it's an enthusiastic daily driver then it sounds decent, but if you plan on doing any sort of actual track (as in non-drag track) use I would recommend getting the AGXs.

moderate track use? Definatly not decent. The first time at the track you will realize you need stiffer springs and better dampners. You can have a quality setup without coilovers, look into agx's and kgmm or rsr race springs.

Your rear will probably be off in camber a bit but not too much. My rear was dropped about half an inch and one side was a bit out of the range but not too much.

Just get SPL's quality RUCA and you should be golden
