Suspension Revamp on my N/A...Please help

I've decided to blow off the idea of putting adjustable shocks and lowered springs on my car, and instead am going with coil overs. What's the very best? What's the cheapest? What's the best for the money? Is this worth the extra ched? Why is it that when I keep wondering why I'm broke all the time, I can't stop thinking about what I need next for my sexy bich?

I also had asked earlier which strut bar to go with and I appreciate the responses, but I talked to my parts guy (Kochwerkz.com) and he asked whether I wanted the tubular or regular billet struts. I'm stumped, is it worth blowing on this money on my N/A????? I've put so much in my car, and can't go much further without major engine changes or motor swap. I want to build a TT engine through the summer and drop it in at the end, is this feasible? or should I give up the dream of making my Z a 10 second car? Nissans....the cars they love to hate.
