Suspension Replacement

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

We have 140K miles on our 2008 EX35 Journey, we're thinking about replacing the suspension. Are stock replacement parts adequate or are there better alternatives? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Am also curious as to when people are replacing suspension components on the EX. From looking at the suspension, it looks like the EX doesn't use thrust arms like the prior generation G cars did, which were prone to wear. That being said, I would guess replacing the control arms would make sense at 100K+ given the bushings are still going to be worn out. I would think OEM or OE replacement would be plenty good.
