Sway bar, control bar, ball joint, tie rod.Do I buy the whole unit or just bushings?Sway looks to be broke so new on that, but as far as everything else?Had front wheels balanced to correct shimmy, but it just improved it.Any order to repair, like which first to last?

I just finished buying all the parts to do my frontend.

Here is what I replaced.
Front Upper control arms (I bought some aftermarket adjustable ones because my Q is lowered)
Front tension rods (again adjustable because of the drop)
Front lower ball joints (Z32 ball joints will work)
Front lower control arm bushings
Outer tie rod ends
Energy suspension sway bar endlink bushings

If you are riding at stock height you can just replace the bushings with stock or polyurethane bushings.

On the Q, start with the tension control rod bushings and the sway bar bushings (in that order).

Several vendors here can hook you up with a discount... Once those are done, let us know how it does and then you can move on to more in-depth repairs (if needed).
