save up for coilovers, like tein, jic or tanable

that give you more options in the future

wait and save the money for TEIN HE they are the setup especially for drifting they will run you around 1300 unless you get up with some one with a dealer discount then you can get them for about 1100.comes complete with springs allready assembled on the strut and they are a coilover design so you can go from stock to about i think around 4 inches but dont quote me on this. Yes obviously as everyone Said, Tein HE coilovers. If you have more money, JIC Magic FLT-A2. And if you have even MORE money to spend, Kei Office (any model).

But if you have a budget, then save that money in a cookie jar, cause you'll want coilovers!

Not to mention that most coilovers have adjustable pillow ball mounts for negative camber. I have the Cusco Zero series available if you are interested. I'm also expecting Tein very soon.

i run JIC-Magic FLT-A2s. They are the shiz-nittle. Though i hear anything by kei office is also pretty badass.Tokico is not so good. I would save up for a full coilover setup.

If you are new to drifting, don't get suspension yet. The driver makes the drift, not the parts. If you really want to upgrade something, then yeah, get some spring/shock combo. Something stiffer than stock. Those should work fine. Get some lowering springs with a decent spring rate and most importantly, GET AN ALIGNMENT.

Get to where you can at least hold a drift around a corner, then get something else. I run 9/7 D2 coilovers, and I LOVE my setup. I don't even have the dampening halfway from full stiff and I can tear up a track in 3rd gear.

KEI OFFICE!!! YAYA!

but till then I just got some Megan Racing Lowering springs from Speed N Stylez. Just got them today, can't wait to put them on! I know i know, I wanted to wait for coilovers. But i want a lowered look for now. I know it won't help for drifting that much, but i want it lowred!!! Can't beat 85 dollars shipped to your door, nico membership discounted!
