so i am a new nissan owner, and the 240 i got came with stock springs but they were choped is it possible to put civic springs on or any other kind? cause i looked on ebay, and i just want cheap coilovers and they all look the same, and i know the front springs on my var are hella huge. sorry if this is a dumb question dont hound my to hard lol

just buy some stock 240 springs and slap em on there.

and for the coilovers dont be cheap get a good name brand set.

why would you put civic springs on it?

cut springs are nasty

if your going to go cheap, go for lowering springs (tein probably i used those once) but really save for a good set of coilovers either new or slightly used (below like 6k)

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend putting springs made for a different make of car on there at all. Cut springs will just bottom out, since the spring rate isn't any stiffer. Yah, go with tein or maybe eibach PRO KITs, not the daggum eibach sportlines, they looked good but rode like crap, though it could've just been my worn suspension bushings

Go megan racing coilovers. I have Megan racing everything on my 240 and it's never went wrong, They're 32 way adjustable and they can be stock height or as low as you want. They're great to have... Highly suggest them.

what kind of megan coilovers do you have?i was planning on getting the tein super drifts, what do you think about them?
