Your springs arent adjustable, but your dampers may be.

If you see little knobs on your coilovers, turn them clockwise until your car no longer "bounces." Your car may still be harsh, but harshness and oscillating bounce are two different conditions that you need to differentiate between to properly set up your suspension.

Here's your problem, i think you be mistaking bouncy ride as a stiff ride... i use to think the same until i read a thread which explains how coilovers are made for perfomance and not for comfort. Anyhow, i treatment for stiff ride is bigger wheels and bigger tire, i recommend light weight 17" inch wheels

i may get crucified for this but hopefully not... first off im talking about my 94 probe i figured it didnt matter haha just thought id let you know

ironically i have light wheels with big tires on it.... haha rx-7 wheels are light as hell and huge tires and yeah its probably just stiff... i should have read up on it more

yeah i just kinda got used to it.
