Hello all,

Just had my 07 X dropped on Tein S techs, and the care car looks great. I was wondering if anyone out there can feed back to me what they feel the ride is like, better or worse then before?

I notice that the springs are very good and the ride on smooth roads is the same as the factory set up. I do notice a little firmer ride over less then flats roads.

Also, has anyone replaced their shocks after lowering the car? I notice that the front end feels unsettled when going over a bump in the road(one side hits the bump the other is on a flat surface).

I get a tremble in the steering wheel and the car just feels unsettled. I font feel the same if the rear wheel hits the bump.

I looked at the tires and I do not see any noticeable signs of cupping or wear!

Any feed back would be much appreciated, the X has just under 65K miles on it, all original suspension- except for the S tech's.

Thanks

I replaced mine with H Techs and KYB struts at about 60,000 miles. Car feels planted and solid, doesn't dance around on bumps, and tracks better on the freeway. I would recommend replacing the struts, they are toast with the mileage you have.

Yah its gonna have the stock bone to.it if u have the stock shocks, like smoovC said change out your shocks, my techs were a good ride but when i hit bups they had the squash bounce and did you get an alignment after you put the springs on? If not that could also be why you have a wobble
