Hi everyone, I literally just bought a 2003 G35 yesterday - Premium Sport Package, about 46k miles - and have a quick question. The car is in excellent condition, both inside and out, and is still under a bumper to bumper warranty through August of 2007.

This morning while I was driving around my parking garage I noticed a noise coming from the passenger side that sounded to me like the suspension squeaking. It could have also been the passenger seat, I really couldn't tell. It happened when I was turning the car on each floor as I descended down the garage and then I noticed the noise again when going over bumps as I drove to work. It probably dropped to around 40 degrees last night while the car was parked, so I figured it was just cold.

Am I freaking out because I just bought this car or is this something to be concerned about? Thanks in advance....

Probably nothing. Was it when you were turning only? or was it also going over bumps? Worst-case Scenario is your bearings need to be replaced. If it continues, you may want to get it to a dealer to have them check it out.

I figured as much, thanks for the input. I think it was actually more as I was going over bumps because there is a slight drop as you make the turn in the garage to descend to the next level, and that's when I noticed it. I have to take the car back to the dealer anyway because they are fixing a crack in one of the interior display panels for me, so I'll just mention it to them.
