Okay, Now I'm officially ticked. I put the upperlinks in. And you guys were correct. It was a snap. But I still haven't resolved my initial problem. I have been having a "clunk" sound when I go over bumps. It sounds like it is comming from the front passenger side wheel. I also feel it in my floor boards. But the steering wheel still feels nice and tight. Very frustrating.Has anyone else had similar issues with their active G50?

If after all that, time to check the spring seats and shock assembly rubber.

Do the cheap stuff first.

Get an FSM. You don't tighten the links until the car is on the ground, suspension loaded.

Dumb question. I have a rubbery sounding noise coming from the right side (sounds more like the rubber for the strut) that didn't go away after replacing the upper links. You're saying that you must tighten the upper links when the car is on the ground? How is that possible with the wheel on?

Careless terminology by me.

The tension rods.

Links are torqued to 100 ft. lbs. (?) before wheel is mounted.
