I just had some work done on my 1997 Q45t front suspension: replaced struts, stabilizer connecting rods, tie rods, and some bushings. Fortunately the warranty company covered most of the expense. However, when driving home a faint groaning noise that sounded like it might be bushings got gradually worse until each sharp turn of the wheel right or left produced a fairly loud groan. Then when going over bumps there was a noise almost like a broken strut. It seems like something wasn't fastened properly. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? I'm going to take it back to the dealer but I am somewhat concerned about driving it.

Thank you.

Well, the noise got so bad that I was thinking of having it towed back to the dealer, hence my question. In any event, it turned out that the stabilizer bar connecting rod bushing had separated from the stud still bolted to the stabilizer bar. The dealer replaced it with a new connecting rod, and now everything is fine.
