So from the research i have done they do not make a lift kit for the rogue. so, my next idea was coil spring spacers, is this even worth it? I'm not talking about the ones you slip in between the spring, i mean the big rubber donuts that go above the spring...

#1 they will make the ride much rougher, unless you replace the shocks, because they won't let them flex and will eventually destroy the shocks. They can make it ride slightly worse because the control arm angles will be a little steeper.

#2 If you get shocks that are too long they won't be able to expand enough and will bottom out over bumps, which will also destroy the shocks, as they aren't designed to be bumpstops.

#3 to tall, and it might start tugging on the rear propeller shaft.

If you ran a 2" MAX spacer lift and 2" bumpstop extensions you'd probably be fine. just dont go air-borne, or even close to it over rail-road tracks. you'd place serious stress on joints, since you'd be taking away height extension from the system for the lift.

ID LOVE to lift the rogue a tad, but to be honest, idk if its worth the trouble that may come from it. if you do it, i certainly want to see it(post pics)

Side note: I noticed some rogues in the pictures forum that have the nice after market front bumper kit. Do you know where they get them at or is that a custom thing?

I know this is an old thread but I am very curious about the possibilities of lifting the Rogue 1-1.5".

Does anyone know the OEM spring/shock rates or what kind of spacers can be added? Thanks

Also... Considering the Xtrail (the one pictured) is very similar to the 1st gen Rogue, do you think it would be possible to use a lift kit (springs/shocks) for the xtrail on the 1st gen Rogue?
