I recently got some adjustable tension rods, since there was a difference between the two sides and the value was low (5.3). I brought it in and they changed nothing.... I told them it was adjustable and he just looked at me blankly.

I saw that my camber on the driver side rear was actually at zero, so I replaced the adjustment bolt and the special washer. The technician at Firestone said it still was not adjustable?! He said something like he would have to heat something up and it would cost $300!! I think I read something about slotting out something, but any ideas what is binding up?

I know this technician was an idiot, because my camber was out of spec and I have adjustable camber bolts and he did not even attempt to change it.

Should I take to a professional alignment shop and send them the bill?

first off, that guy is an idiot. Go to an alignment place that knows a thing or two about Nissans.

Second, are you lowered on anything? Background suspension info?

Stock spring/shocks in front with stock springs/agx shocks in the back. I am thinking about getting adjustable shocks in the front.

I probably will not get lowering springs, since I want to run in the stock class for SCCA Solo II autocross. However, I may get a thicker sway bar up front (it is a legal modification for the stock class).
