Suspension issues?

I was at Borders today reading some car magazines and picked up a copy of Consumers Reports which rated automobiles (I can't remember what issue, but it was on the Borders newstand so it must be current). Anyway here's the question: the magazine gave the 2008 EX a solid black circle for suspension issues. Does anyone know what that could refer to? I have an 'O8 and haven't had any suspension issues.

frankly, my car has had the hell beaten out of it on track and its got now near 30k on it from new 1.3 years ago and i have yet to have a squeak from anything associated with my suspension.

21,000 Km's on mine... and no problems with Suspension.

Can you be more specific as to what the problems were ?

I am guessing it has to do with the steering rack issue? not sure its the only thing I could think of.
