suspension help(1990 SOHC)

I'm planning to put all this in my car all at once soon because I don't want to bring it to a shop to get an alignment everytime i add somethin new because each parts can change the alignment.

Camber caster plate to set my camber in the front. Can anyone help me find this item? I dunno why but it's so hard to search for. IS Front camber plate mean the same thing?

I need to adjust my camber in the rear to -0.5 and to do that i need control arm. Right now i have -2.8....damn. WIth the control arm....can anyone tell me the diff between high quality spherical bearings and hard race bushings?
