WAAAAAY over kill. You said you're looking for better handling as a daily driver, and the occasional drag. Youre talking an all out grip/drift setup. No need. No sense spending $3K on suspension to daily drive a stock motor. If you have future plans, then go for it. All you really need/should want, is the Energy suspension bushing kit, and a spring/strut setup. With the Bushing kit you're going to get your Tension rod bushings (which are always bad), and stock sway bar bushings.sausagelinks98 wrote:Hey, I need some suspension help. I posted hear since I though more people would read it then in the suspension section since its slower so if this can stay here...ya. OK well I need some help. I plan to upgrade my suspension on my s13 and I was wondering if you can help me. This will be daily driven and taken to the drag strip once and awhile. I also want to attend a few drift events to learn a little. Here my thing. What are the suspension components I'll need. I've over whelmed my self. I want to use the nismo coil overs btw. So my question is what will I need to get better handling and not just add coil overs, I want to go a little beyond. I hear I'll need like upper control arm and stuff. Can some one help me come up with a good setup.Heres what I though mite be needed but its a little much-

Yea, yea I know what they are (I work for Nissan). I think I may have had a buzz going before I was heading out, and didnt real the whole line. My bad! I just saw all the other adjustable stuff and was like WOAHSeVa-S13 wrote:Looks to be a good list for a streetable car with occasional track time.
I'm not sure NISMOdrift240 knows what S-tune's are but they're quite conservative and streetable, but are basically a matched spring/strut combo and really can't compare with real coilovers. But hey, not everyone wants to be impractically low and have a crap ride on the street so .
Edit: Oh, and you don't have FUCA's, only RUCA's.
