Suspension going?

When you hear the "airy release" sound from the front suspension everytime you go over a speed bump, is that a sign that the front suspension needs to be changed (I've had the dealer tell me on three occasions in the past six months that my suspension is good)? I've heard it said that its normal, however, I don't recall hearing it on previous cars, and I really don't remember hearing it early on in owning this car.

Thanks, thats a great vid, but I already know my sound is coming from my strut. Just want to know if it means its on its way out, or it's normal for these cars/struts going over speed bumps. I should have specifically said struts instead of suspension.

My car has always made that sound since the day I got it. Im pretty sure that is just how shocks sound. I hear it on other cars too.

Its normal. Our struts are gas charged not oil charged. Next time you are in a parking lot where there are speed bumps hang around a bit and listen to other cars same thing.
