Since completing my active accumulator replacement (all 9), I have noticed a few issues that need resolving. Any advice appreciated

1. Ride height at front 15" compared to 14" at rear. How is this adjusted?2. My rear end rattle over rough roads has completely disappeared, but now when I turn a corner from a stop there is a single knock at the rear each time.3. The active pump is noisy and the pitch varies with engine revs. Very annoying. When the main accumulators were fitted at the front there was a valve that was found to be open. This means it couldn't have been "active" even if the accumulators where charged.4. The ride at the rear still seems hard over manhole covers and other sharp bumps so I am wondering if I have lost some nitrogen pressure in the rear accumulators

In my experience the active Qs have sat lower in the rear than the front... From afar i can *always* spot an active Q because of the way it sits..... Are you saying that it has just changed from being normal...?? There is a procedure in the FSM for adjusting the height, however you must have a consult... As you do for anything with the active.....

I wonder if when they installed the new accumulators they didnt close the multivalve bypass thing... I read about it in the FSM and there are I think 3 of those valves that you depressurize when you install new components.....

Aside from your other problems, i would really try and find someone who has a consult WITH THE ACTIVE SUSPENSION card.. Someone who can do the test in the FSM with the active... I would pay him good money to go through each and every test and do diagnosis that way.. It has procedures for leak testing! The key here is the consult, so much can be done with that thing on the active Qs.. in every other section they give stuff on how to do tests with and without the consult, but with the active suspension you MUST have the consult.....

Height adjustment on an 'ACTIVE' Q does not reguire consult. All you have to do is loosen the mounting screws for the height sensor and rotate it a bit (front) or change the length of the connector rod (rear).

VERY simple to do. Much easier by CONSULT since it changes the 'setpoint' in the computer memory for the particular wheel without [hysically moving the height sensor. Rover and I have been talking. I believe the pump noise is a rough swash plate or slight spall on a piston bearing. It will probably smooth out. .

Knocking on rear when cornering is either 1) exhaust system banging, or 2) subframe mount shot.
