go download the fsm and look at it. but really its not that hard. two bolts on top and one on the bottom and the whole strut/spring assembly comes out.

hey phase... Welcome to NICO. Terms of your hazing will be that you need to register your 'vert in the registry thread near the top of the page. Secondly, you need to post some pics for us somewhere.

As for your question.. Working on the convertible suspension is no different than any other 240sx.

First step is to check out NICO's articles. We have lots of awesome write-ups on the 240sx... http://www.nicoclub.com/240sx-tech.shtmlIf you don't find what you are looking for there, use the search feature on NICOclub... the flashing red link at the top. You will find a wealth of information there. If you still have questions, we have an entire forum dedicated to suspension.. zeroforum/140

It would be great if some of the experts in the 'vert forum would chime in and give you a step by step... But I suspect it will be easier for you to follow the links and check out the info that already exists on NICO.

Once again... welcome to NICO. If there is anything I can ever do for you, please let me know.
