K, so the stock suspension on my '90 240 with my 17" rims was sitting kinda high, then when I dropped the SR20 in it sits even higher.

Question:

Will installing 240sx coilovers (like megan streets, with 2.5 inch drop) lower it enough? Or since the engine is aluminum and a lot lighter should I be looking for suspension for the 200sx?

I know a lot of you out there have the same engine in the same car as mine, what did you use to lower it and is it low enough?

Depends on how low you want your car. To me I had Eibach Sportlines and was not satisfy with the drop. This was with a KA too. Currently I'm using Stance GR+ coilovers.

well i just want it decently low. between the top of the front tire and the fender there is a 5 inch gap, and a 3 inch gap in the rear. how are the stance's?

Search Stance coilovers and you'll find plenty of threads on them. I don't think I've ever heard anyone with Stance complain.
