Alright well i got my coilovers and SPL RUCA and rear toe rods. While I'm at it i plan to change the bushings. I had planned to order the energy bushings kit but since im getting new arms i wont need all of them.(?) So what bushings should i replace?

Front and rear lca bushings. Solid subframe bushings or collars if you haven't already, and front tension rod bushings if you don't already have aftermarket rods. Those are the main ones that I would bother with. And since you have an s14, you should also get solid diff bushings or at least the urethane inserts.
