Well my Energy Suspension Bushing set came with what is listed on their website. Pretty much all poly type bushings are gonna all be the same stiffness and made with the same quality. Your're worrying too much... just buy the Master Bushing set from E/S and spend all day with your car. It's fun. Oh yeah... if you don't have a vice get one. You will need the vice to press in the new bushing to the front and rear control arms. To get the old bushings out all you need is a hammer, a little patience, and a flathead screwdriver. Otherwise you will need to get them pressed buy your local auto/suspension shop that has a press. I bought my set through Summit Sport Compact. Every now and then they have free shipping. I would suggest to go that route.

And before anyone asks, yes I feel a difference. Going over speed bumps hurt a little more but the car stays more flat (less body roll) throughout the turn in.
