The quick answer is - Bushings are good. I don't have them on my s13 yet, but every other car I have had the energy suspension bushings made a night and day improvement over the worn stockers. $130ish well spent

most of those bushings will be replaced with new (better) adjustable arms.

The best bang for the buck are the Energy Suspension Bushings, they run about $130 will definitely tighten up your ride and are best for daily driver and track. Then RS*R are the best for a drift car. they will tighten up your car ALOT - too much for daily driving, but if you have a drifting trailer queen then these are for you.

Energy Suspension - $130 Daily & TrackAlso Summit racing might not have TONs of Import Parts, but they have the BEST prices!http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku

RS*R D1-Spec - $220 Hardcore Drifthttp://www.racerwheel.com/rsr-77-n010.html

Bushings are very important to the way your car handles and rides, so this is an important decision, too many ppl don't take this decision seriously and end up with a ride they don't like or a car thats not in balance, get some good bushings. I put in the Energy Suspension and LOVE every second of driving my car, its like having a track car on the streets, amazing!

LIke everybody has said go with Energy, but for the rear cradle I go with Megan Racing metal inserts. For the money they work great.

I used the complete energy suspension kit, and then got a set of subframe collars. Its well worth it. Its something you will notice and be happy with. Energy Suspension is high quality and made to fit right. I wouldn't go with another brand. I actually need to dig out my spares. I bought an S13 and a S14 set becasue of the suspension mods I made. So I have a bunch of "extras".

thanks guys. I have thought about going with energy suspension, just didn't know anything about them. Thanks for the link to Summit, that just saved me like 5 bucks, and if i can get down to their warehouse in Georgia, shipping costs too, but with gas prices these days, shipping costs may be cheaper. Then I will get some aluminum subframe collars. Are they loud though? Someone was experimenting with dampening the rattle, but I never found out if they got it to work good, but if its not that loud, then who cares. Ill just do what I can with the money I got right now. I need those bushings, all mine seem to be in pieces.
