Hey all. Newbie here.
Just bought a 90 NA and the suspension is shot so I was looking at Powertrix R/T coilovers based off the graph in ffrpwner's "Everything you need to know about the Z32" forum.
It's mentioned that "Any time you lower a car (whether its by coilovers or springs)you must buy Adjustable Front Camber Arms, Adjustable Front Tension Rods, and Adjustable Rear Camber Arms" but if I'm keeping it as-is and just replacing the shocks then do I still need to buy those parts? If so, who should I buy from? I'm interested to hear your own builds so feel free.

Welcome!
It is true for coilovers that you need to replace the Front Upper Camber Arms (FUCA), Rear Upper Control Arms (RUCA), and tension rods to adjustable parts, to allow the lowering effect of the coilovers. Failure to do so will ruin the OEM parts if not already well-worn as most are in the 80-100K mile range.
Simply replacing shocks in the OEM struts is the normal repair an will not require replacing those parts with adjustable parts, but you may want to inspect those parts due to age and the fact the rest of the suspension will be worn as the shocks were, possibly (probably) the springs will be sagging causing excessive camber and with the FUCA's well-worn as well, adding to the camber effect.
Powertrix offers all needed parts and can be had at pricing savings especially if all purchased together, a personal call to Charles at Powertrix (HIGHLY recommended) is a fun learning experience as you will find. If needing to take time to purchase parts you COULD run the coilovers at OEM height/settings and avoid the immediate need for adjustable bits, but those parts MUST be purchased as well for best overall experience and to lower the car.
Good Luck!

Thanks, DCaff! I've begun talking with Charles as a result and he's walking me through the steps.

Excellent, hope you enjoyed the conversation with Charles as much as I did! Guy's a fountain of knowledge, EXTRA friendly, and loves to share knowledge on our ladies. I wish everyone ran a company like Charles does.
