Hello all,

I am in the middle of replacing several suspension components for my S13, like T/C rods, tie rods, lower control arms and a new front anti-sway bar.....all sourced through PDM racing. Anyway, I have the original parts removed but noticed in the service manual that you are supposed to tighten to the specified torques with THE WHEELS ON THE GROUND.

Any idea if this is absolutely necessary or not? I have the car on jack stands at the moment and I think that it would be impossible to tighten the bolts once the car was lowered.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

i think it would be wise to follow the instructions. you should be able to reach most of the bolts with a little bit of squirming.
