i have true rear coilovers on my m35 and i was looking to replace the spring bucket with arms. would that be considered a lower control arm or is it a toe arm? or are those both the same. also, if any of u guys are running front upper control arms what brand would u recommend

I believe it's the lower control arm. As for brands, I believe SPC is a popular one.
