I recently installed the PBM suspension arms on my kouki and now I have a popping/clicking sound from my driver's rear wheel when I go over bumps or turn right. Any thoughts? Maybe get an alignment? Any help would be appreciated.

Still won't be as precise as a machine.
Which arms did you replace?

Go back and check the torque on the bolts, my front suspension arms used to click under load and retorquing them made it go away.

I replaced every arm but the control arms? I know the click you're thinking of my tension rods did that. However, the clicking I'm hearing sounds like somethings breaking.

Don't heim joints make noise if improperly installed?

i'd check the torque settings too. my YG arms did that too but I found out my torque wrench wasn't working properly. Also, measuring stock length wont get you as precise as a machine so i'd get that done too. Maybe ask them to retorque your bolts if you dont have a torque wrench.

your playing rulett with your life...its nice to take on projects yourself but there are some things better left to the pro's...suspention mods are one of them...you have to really be on your game to know what to look for and to know when its over your head...i suggest you take it down to a performance alighnment shop...not jiffypop lube or sumpin like that...if your problem still persist's then you might wana look at bearings and or a subframe issue...have the pro shop do a good inspection for you..good luck.
