Hi. I have a 1990 240 with completly stock suspension. I want to order the the front and rear upper strut tower bars from Apex. Is adding these bars to a stock suspension a good idea? I heard that it will only result in increased body roll. Is this true? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mitchell

first off your postin in the wrong section, go to the tires/wheels/suspension section and search before you get flamed. Now, to answer your question, stbs are designed to reduce body roll and make your car more ridgid, there is no way they are going to do the opposite. Apex is a great company and I would recomend you get those bars, they will help.

Get both at once, swaybars arent that much more expensive than STBs (at least not as mods go..), and the package is probably the best bang-per-buck improvement you can make.
