Suspension 2005 G35x

Hey all, I need some input. I have a 2005 G35x. On the turns the understear is driving me nuts. But, like most of us I want to have my cake and eat it too. I want to find that perfect medium of great handling and smooth highway ride. I want to change the springs +/- shocks +/- add a sway bar. I am sure that I am not the only one to go this route. What have you all done? I, like most worry about rubbing. I would love to hear about what you have done and what you think?
