Hi everybody, My 2005 G35X (90,000) is putting on a light show. It happened all at once. Let me explain. Three days ago it was snowy and slushy here in Chicagoland. My venerable QX4 usually takes care of things in bad weather, but it was having its SERVICE ENGINE SOON issued handled that day.
While driving on city streets all of a sudden, the VCD OFF, SLIP and SERVICE ENGINE SOON lights came on. No discernible difference in the engine performance, and I did not get into a situation that would cause the wheels to slip. It sat in the garage for the past two days, but this morninig the lights warning lights came right on, and the engine was a little hard-starting.
I've had two Q45s (91 and 94) and had a little relay trouble for the traction control, a very simple and inexpensive fix. Any thoughts?
Thanks, Feb72
