My friend just bought a 93 hatchback and he swapped a B20 in it and so i decided to race him in my 95 240 with a couple of mods. Off the line we were even until he started pulling away after 3rd gear. he kept on pulling away too and i couldnt keep up. i wa ssuprised how well his car did because that motor only has 140hp but i think its jsut te weight of the car that helped a lot.

???????? your story does make sense. B20? did u mean rb20? they more than 140, your s14 should have about that much. the whole last sentence doesnt make sense.

he means hatchback as in honnnda, not a 240. it took me a second to realize this too. im not surprised you got beat by a b20 hatch, they are really light and with a b20 they are quick. plus a ka has NO top end

I can pull away from my friend in his D15 hatch, but wouldn't try any B series hatches.

I REALLY want to build a K24 CRX, and there is a '91 Si in the paper for $400. Problem is I was planning on spending my money on a KA-T for my S13...

I hate decisions.
