I have an issue.

Setup:
Rb20 w/goodies
Blow thru z32 maf
SSQV bov
Rough tune
Bigger turbo(s)

As it stands, fourth gear, around 5psi possibly 3000 rpms, WOT, my SSQV (or what sounds like it) likes to dissipate my boost in an array of happy bov goodness.
in 1st and 2nd it will not dissipate, in 3rd it might, 4th never goes above 5psi. Bov has been checked but not adjusted with the adjustment screw (screw being almost all the way in).
When dissipating, my engine/turbo(s) do not make the sound of a WOT surge (meaning to much air for motor, sends back air to turbo and bye bye ball bearing).
Bov vacuum line straight from Intake manifold, swapped friends SSQV which resulted in the same problem, checked possibly wastegate issue,
other gears boosting to 10psi no problem (didn't test 5th).

Any ideas?
